Our Herd Cross breeding allows us to get the best traits out of all of our cattle. We find that this adds to the quality of our beef. Our black angus cross cattle also have the ability to finish at lighter weights. We have beef calves that have been born and raised on our ranch and leases. We strive to produce the best quality beef for our customers. Our herd is breed and maintained to the highest of standards so that our customers can enjoy the beef they purchase from us. Our Ranch All our cows roam freely in irrigated pastures. We have our cattle set-up on a rotational feeding program so that they are not on one pasture for too long. This helps maintain the quality of grass they are eating. We enjoy living in a beautiful setting with fantastic views of the lower Sierras and the Yosemite mountain range
Pricing is as follows:
$2.50/lb live weight for a whole steer.
$2.55/lb live weight for a 1/2
$2.60/lb live weight for a 1/4
Live weight varies by animal size (sizes range from 1000 to 1300+ lbs)
